A few useful details
UGC (user-generated content) is creator-led content that uses a natural, personal perspective to demonstrate a product or experience. Here, it means content commissioned from Emma. Social content can also include brand photography, behind-the-scenes footage, and broader editorial stories.
UGC packages provide assets for your brand’s agreed channels. Posting to Emma’s own channels is a separate collaboration and must be included in the project scope.
Paid-ad usage, extended usage, raw footage, and exclusivity are quoted separately. Each proposal sets out deliverables, revision rounds, usage rights, and costs before production.
Yes. On-location production is available across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Remote product content and select travel projects can be arranged; shipping and travel requirements are agreed in advance.
Emma reviews your goals, timing, and preferred support, then follows up to discuss fit and the next step. You do not need a finished brief. Project scope and availability are confirmed before work begins.
